The Management Board of the Company Zakłady Tłuszczowe “Kruszwica” S.A. with its registered seat in Kruszwica, hereby informs that on 7 October 2011 Koninklijke Bunge B.V. with its seat in Rotterdam a majority shareholder in the Company holding jointly 64.23% of the overall number of votes at the general shareholders assembly of the Company, convened the Extraordinary General Shareholders Assembly of the Company for 4 November 2011 r. at 12:00 am Warsaw time, in the conference room the Company’s Sales and Marketing Office at ul. 17 Stycznia 45 B in Warsaw.
