In 1974-1975 Mr. Roman Rybacki was didactic and scientific assistant at the Technical & Agricultural Academy in Bydgoszcz; in 1975-1979 he was specialist for raw materials at State Enterprise Cukrownie Bydgoskie. Since 1 June 1979 he has been employed at ZT “Kruszwica” S.A. on the following positions: in 1979 1985 – deputy director for administration and raw materials; in 1985-1991 – deputy director for raw materials; in 1991-2002 - deputy director for administration and raw materials (since 1995 – member of the Management Board); in 2002-2006 – President of the Management Board of ZT Kruszwica S.A.
