The quality policy of ZT “Kruszwica” S.A. is based on providing suitable, high quality products and services that meet the requirements of the customer, both home and abroad.

Quality is our key objective. That being so, we expect all staff to put all efforts in focusing on quality in their everyday work. We deliver only products and services that, at all times and in all aspects, meet the customer’s needs and requirements. At the same time, we compete with other companies on the market and consequently we need to be as good as or even better than them in every possible aspect. We understand quality as a quicker and more rational approach to the customer in order to meet their expectations.

To do this we:

• use quality-related documentation that conforms with the Quality System
• expect our suppliers to meet our requirements and accept only high quality products
• train the company’s personnel in order to meet requirements related to quality and production in a quickly-developing work environment

Implementation of our quality policy and constant improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality System is in the interest of each employee, which consequently leads to meeting the requirements of the company and the customer.
