HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK POLICY
We aim to manufacture and sell foodstuffs in a way that guarantees health and safety as well as suitable conditions for work or visits to the premises of our all manufacturing plants. As a consequence, such activities aim to completely eliminate accidents and occupational diseases in our organisation.
These objectives will be achieved via:
- implementation, maintenance and constant improvement of an efficient system for the management of health and safety at work,
- making health and safety at work one of key priorities,
- meeting the legal regulations applicable at a plant and corporate requirements for health and safety at work,
- mitigating and keeping the lowest level of risk possible for the staff, subcontractors, guests and other persons visiting any of the plants of the Kruszwica Group,
- implementation of new technologies and constant improvement of safety standards plus managing the workflow in a manner that minimises any risks, as well as the application of suitable protection measures against the effects of such risks,
- fair communication of the risks and ways of minimising them to the staff and other persons present at a given location,
- ensuring an effective and efficient system of training in health and safety at work for all the persons present at the premises of the Group's manufacturing plants,
- creating conditions for active operational for the sake of improving the system of management of health and safety at work for all employees.
