Kruszwica a Leader of 20 years of the Polish Transformation

ZT kruszwica has been placed by Forbes among Leader of the Polish Transformation, the meeting summarizing the 20 years of achievements of Polish economy was held on November 4, awards and distinctions were granted.

The Company was awarded for successful privatisation, subsequent listing at the Warsaw Stock Exchange and successful consolidation of the fat industry in Poland of which it has become a leader - comments Roman Rybacki, the Kruszwica MB ViceChairman.

The idea of the conference was to bring together the most valuable actors in the business and science who have contributed to economic development of our country.

The EU STANDARD award for Kruszwica

ZT "Kruszwica" S.A. was granted award in the third edition of the EU STANDARD, organized by the Media Partner. The aim of the contest was to select the best company in terms of quality management at all corporate levels, from products to services and B2B relations.
It is important to add that Kruszwica has implemented the Integrated Quality Assurance System for Quality, Safety and Environmental Protection - TOTAL SAFETY.

Quality Assurance Certificate of Conformity with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22000 for ZT „Kruszwica” S.A.

Zakłady Tłuszczowe „Kruszwica” S.A. have obtained certificate for own Quality Assurance System that conforms to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22000. The ISO 22000 is an international standard that sets out requirements for food safety management systems to be used by organizations operating in a fully integrated food chain – from “the field to the table”. The ISO 22000 standard is also a part of an integrated management system that conforms to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 – food quality and safety management systems.

Bunge Expands its Central European Consumer Margarine Business

May 14, 2009 - Geneva, Switzerland. Bunge today announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire the margarine businesses from Raisio plc. The agreement is subject to all necessary regulatory approvals.

“The Raisio businesses to be acquired are complementary to Bunge's existing core businesses. This acquisition is consistent with Bunge Europe’s strategy to develop its presence in the margarine market in Europe as a logical extension of its leadership in the bottled oil category”, said Jean-Louis Gourbin, CEO Bunge Europe.

“KRUSZWICA’s results have soared. The growth in oil seed rape prices and, consequently, the increase in prices of rape-based oils and margarines have improved manufacturing margins, translating into a net profit of more than 114 million PLN (...)”
