Wojciech Jachimczyk, the CFO of Kruszwica, has been awarded, among two other CFOs, the Financial Director of 2009 in Poland. The contest, organised by Euler Hermes, Forbes magazine and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), was aimed at selecting the best CFOs who are distinguished by their effectiveness in difficult economic conditions, professionalism and ethics.

Wojciech was recognised, in particular, for effective approach towards restructuring and costs optimisation as well as active participation in the merger process of Kruszwica and ZPT Warszawa. The jury also appraised Wojciech’s innovative approach to financing Kruszwica’s seed purchasing and managing currency risk in the volatile environment of 2009.
