The Management Bard of Zakłady Tłuszczowe „Kruszwica” S.A. hereby inform to hale received confirmation, that on 27 February 2009 the District Court in Bydgoszcz, XIII Economy Departament at the National Court Register had issued decision to enter into the National Court Register the merger of the Issuer with Zakłady Przemysłu Tłuszczowego w Warszawie S.A.

- This agreement opens another stage in the "Kruszwica" long-term strategy, aimed at creating a fully integrated and competitive player on the European oil and fats market.

The first stage of the consolidation of the oil and fat industry was a merger of ZT "Kruszwica" S.A. with ZPT Olvit, Olvit-Pro and Ewico.
